Warehouses often feature dense shelving, frequent personnel and goods movement, and blind spots when forklifts turn. Logistics parks, with their numerous forklifts and high stacks of goods, also suffer from obstructed visibility. Our radar collision avoidance system can be used day and night. Warning lights clearly delineate the safety zone, and an approaching person triggers an immediate audible and visual alarm to prevent accidents.
This system provides blind spot monitoring and early warning for forklifts, and can be used both indoors and outdoors without requiring a cellular network or Wi-Fi connection. Multiple detection range settings can be quickly and easily configured.
When some special vehicles are in operation, the driver cannot cover all blind spots. This system can reach a maximum distance of 20 meters and is also suitable for use on other large special vehicles.

The system is equipped with three 77GHz millimeter-wave radars and three LED warning lights. The radars have a maximum detection range of 20 meters (including people, vehicles, and obstacles). For forklift mounting, a setting of 3-4 meters is recommended.
When pedestrians have not approached the work area, a blue light warns them.
When pedestrians enter the warning area, a red light flashes and a buzzer sounds an alert.
This equipment has a wide range of applications and is suitable for vehicles used in both the construction and agricultural industries.
